MR. ADUROTOYE, JACOB ADEMOLA B.Sc. PGD, MBA (Head, Admin./Human Resources)

Mr. Adurotoye Ademola oversees the Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, Building Services, Fleet Management, Facilities/Operations, Security and Safety Units of the school. As Head, Administration/Human Resources, he coordinates and provide support and leadership in these areas for effective and efficient management of the school. Mr. Adurotoye has a combined corporate work experience/exposure of over two decades at middle and senior management levels cutting across Public, Private and Not-for-Profit sectors where he had proactively managed important and time-sensitive projects, developed innovative solutions to critical problems and balanced stakeholder expectations with those of the project funders.

Mr. Adurotoye studied at University of Lagos, University of Calabar and Lagos State University, earned BSc. Psychology, PGD Management and MBA degrees respectively. Attended MDF Training & Consultancy, Ede, The Netherlands for professional training in Project & Programme Management and Administration, obtained Professional Certificate in Leadership & Management from University of Washington, USA. Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), also professional member of Society for Human Resource Management (USA).
